GTA: Vice City has an incredible soundtrack which essentially tied the game together and made it fun. (The game is still fun!)

GTA4 has dark tones. Good soundtrack. Incredible animation and graphics. The only memorable characters are Roman, Niko, Brucie ... the rest are easily forgetful. The game play can be painful.</description>
